Application and synthesis of N,N’-Methylenebisacrylamide 99%

N, N’ -methylenediacrylamide (methylenediacrylamide) can be used as a crosslinking agent for the preparation of polyacrylamide gels, the separation of biomolecular compounds (proteins, peptides, nucleic acids).It has substituted acrylamide, so it has certain toxicity.It can mildly irritate the eyes, skin and mucous membranes and affect the central nervous system.Avoid direct contact with the human body for a long time. Preparation method The invention relates to a preparation method of N N ‘-methylene diacrylamide, the steps of which are as follows:

(1) Add 245kg water into the reactor, turn on the Chemicalbook and stir, and heat up to 70℃;

(2) Then add 75kg acrylamide, 105kg formaldehyde, at the same time add polymerization inhibitor p-hydroxyanisole, the addition amount of 100 ~ 500ppm, stirred at 40℃ for 1 hour, full reaction;

(3) Then add 75kg acrylamide, 45kg catalyst hydrochloric acid, heated to 70℃ under stirring, reaction for 2 hours, cool for 48 hours;

(4) The filtered product is dried at 80℃ to obtain N N ‘-methylene diacrylamide finished product.

Application

· Used as an important material for separating amino acids and an important raw material for photosensitive nylon or photosensitive plastics;

· It can be used as a water blocking agent in oilfield drilling operations and building grouting operations, and as a crosslinking agent in the synthesis of acrylic resins and adhesives;

· Used as photosensitive nylon and photosensitive plastic raw materials, building grout materials, and also used for photography, printing, plate making, etc.;

· For mixing with acrylamide to prepare polyacrylamide gel for protein and nucleic acid electrophoresis.
