Biological enzyme catalysts are adopted to produce Acrylamide, and polymerization reaction conducted at low temperature to produce Polyacrylamide, self-developed process produces N-Methylol Acrylamide and N,N’-methylenebisacrylamide, reducing energy consumption by 20%, leading the production efficiency and product quality in the industry.
Professional acrylamide suppliers, stable product performance, to provide you with professional products and services.
Acrylamide produced by biological enzyme catalysts has the advantages of higher purity, lower impurity, no copper and iron content. Acrylamide is mainly used for the production of homopolymers, copolymers and modified polymers that are widely used in oil field, water treatment, paper-making, textile and soil improvement, etc.
Polyacrylamide (PAM) is a linear water-soluble polymer, the general term for acrylamide homopolymers or copolymers and modified products, the most widely used variety of water-soluble polymers, and known as “Auxiliary agent for all industries”. Based on the structure of polyacrylamide, it can be divided into non-ionic, anionic and cationic polyacrylamide. According to the molecular weight of polyacrylamide, it can be divided into ultra-low molecular weight, low molecular weight, medium molecular weight, high molecular weight and ultra-high molecular weight. Our company has developed a full range of polyacrylamide products through cooperation with scientific institutions. Our PAM products includes oil exploitation series, non-ionic series, anion series, cationic series. The molecular weight range of polyacrylamide is 500 thousand ~ 30 million. Widely used in various fields such as water treatment, oil exploitation, paper-making, textiles, mineral processing, coal washing, sand washing, soil conditioner, etc.
Acrylamide
CAS:79-06-1 Chemical Formula:CH2CHCONH2
Acrylamide produced by biological enzyme catalysis has the advantages of higher purity, lower impurity, no copper and iron content.
Properties
Acrylamide molecule has two active centers, both weak acidic and weak alkaline, easy to self-polymerize, soluble in water, methanol, ethanol, propanol, slightly soluble in ethyl acetate, chloroform, and slightly soluble in benzene.
Application
It is mainly used to produce a variety of copolymers, homopolymers and modified polymers, which can be used as flocculants, additives for papermaking , printing, dyeing, textile, coating, oil fields and pesticides.
Cautions
Toxic! Avoid direct physical contact with the product.
N-Methylol Acrylamide
CAS: 924-42-5 Chemical Formula:C4H7NO2
Properties
White crystals, soluble in water and hydrophilic solvents, soluble in fatty acid lipids, almost insoluble in hydrocarbons, halogenated hydrocarbons and other hydrophobic solvents. This product is a self-inbred active monomer, containing a double health conjugated with hydroxyl group, which is prone to condensation reaction in neutral or alkaline media. It is unstable in moist air or water, easy to polymerize, and will quickly polymerize into insoluble resin when heated in the presence of acid in aqueous solution. If copolymerized with acrylate monomers, hydroxymethyl is introduced and can be crosslinked by heating alone. High quality crosslinked monomer for aqueous emulsion polymerization. The initial reaction was mild and the emulsion system was stable. Good storage stability, no need for low temperature storage.
